A tip for every salad lover. If you want to add zest and amazing flavour to your pasta or potatoe salad put in a splash of MANGO VINEGAR. I have my own version of Taboleh. I don't use bulgur wheat, instead I use Kasha (buckwheat) but what makes this dish so wonderful is my secret ingredient (Mango Vinegar!) I use to use Raspberry Vinegar which also is divine. About a year ago I decided to try the Mango Vinegar and all I can say is WOW!! It is now my secret ingredient in so many dishes. I have my family and friends hooked on it. I would like to personally thank you for coming up with this exquisite vinegar. The taste is outstanding.
