We've personally selected this six-year-old, authentic balsamic vinegar for its vastly superior taste profile. It originates in the only area of the world that true balsamic vinegar is produced - Modena, Italy. It has a wonderfully smooth flavor that normally found only in older (and much more expensive!) balsamic vinegars. However, because we deal directly with the Italian family business that actually produces this vinegar, we avoid the normal "middleman mark-ups". The result is an excellent value, superbly smooth vinegar that your customers will find to be extraordinary. After your they've had an opportunity to experience its velvety smooth taste, even your most discriminating clients will instantly want to add as a "staple" to their line-up of kitchen condiments! You'll want to instruct your customers that our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced under the strict supervision of the Italian government, which regulates virtually every aspect of its creation. Because of the extraordinary nature of this product, they have adopted stringent legislation defining its characteristics and production process. Unlike wine vinegar (which is made from wine), authentic balsamic vinegar is made from fermented concentrated grape must (grape juice), and derives its dark color and pungent sweetness from aging in oak barrels (called "barriques") over a period of many years. Compared to the widely available lower-priced (and lower quality) commercial balsamic vinegars that are available in grocery store everywhere, our Mediterranean Jewel balsamic vinegar is unquestionably more aromatic and flavorful. It is truly a sweet and delicious vinegar that is the perfect complement to extra virgin olive oil over salads. For a truly unusual and memorable European-style dessert, advise your customers to try it drizzled over fresh strawberries with freshly ground black pepper - they'll thank you for the tip!
You can use our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in many gift basket themes including "Welcome to Your New Home", "Romantic Dinner for Two", "Everything For the Gourmet Chef", "Thanks a Million" and "Happy Father's Day". However, with its elegant label, beautiful color and overall "cute packaging", it has an excellent shelf presence that will almost certainly attract the attention of your customers as they browse in your gift or gourmet shop.
(While your customers will be attracted to the beautiful packaging and color of this great-value vinegar, your accountant will be attracted by the superior gross profits that you're making by selling it! As well, with our aggressive "everyday gourmet" pricing on our balsamic vinegar, all of your competitors will be wondering how you can sell such a beautifully packaged, superior quality product for such a low price! Please be advised, however, it will be our little secret!)
