The Green Apple Martini is a wonderfully delicious cocktail.  While there are no definitive facts about the precise origin and history of the Green Apple Martini, the most generally accepted story is that in the 1860's a bartender named Jerry Thomas created this still famous drink while working in the Occidental Hotel in San Francisco, California.  It is believed that he created many of the first martini recipes and named them after the nearby town of Martinez.

Recipe for Making Cobblestone Kitchens’ Green Apple Martini Freezable Cocktail Mix With Rim Sugar

1. Advise your customers to mix the pouch of Cobblestone Kitchens’ Appletini Mix with 5.25 cups of warm tap water in a pitcher, add 12.5 oz. of vodka and stir well.
2. They then need to carefully place the liquid in the freezer and allow it to freeze overnight.
3. When it's party time, they will need to rim their drink glasses with a wedge of lemon or lime.  (This is easily done by dipping the moistened rim into Rim Trim on plate and rotating their glasses until the rim is evenly coated.) 
4. Fill glass with frozen Appletini Mix and enjoy!
5. For a non-alcoholic version of this drink, they can simply substitute clear soda instead of vodka.
