When I add items to my cart, the old items disappear. What's going on?

Our shopping cart uses a 'cookie' to store the items in your cart. A cookie is a small bit of data that a web site stores in your browser. If your browser has cookies are disabled, or if the browser you are using does not support cookies, then your cart will not hold any of the items that you add. How do I change the quantity or remove an item from my cart?

To change the quantity of an item in your cart, enter the new quantity and click the "Update" button. To remove an item from your cart, change its quantity to 0.

How do I use coupons, gift certificates, or take advantage of other promotions?

To use a coupon or gift certificate, enter the code provided in the box provided above and click the update button. The coupon or gift certificate will be applied to your order. To use multiple coupons or gift certificates, separate the codes with commas. Coupons and gift certificates can also be entered during the payment step of the checkout. Some promotions are automatically applied to your order, based on the items in your cart.

How secure is my order?

We use the latest encryption technology to ensure that your order is safe. When you click the checkout button, a lock icon will appear at the bottom of your browser window indicating that you are now in a secure section of our web site.
