Directions for Baking Ivy Cottage Premium Scone Mix
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, add:
3. In a medium size bowl, place scone mix and liquid ingredients and mix together with a fork. (Dough will be sticky, do not overmix).
4. Scoop 1/3 cupfuls of dough with lightly floured hands, shape gently into balls and palce on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned. (Makes 10 -12 scones).
Note: For optimal results, store your Ivy Cottage Scone Mix in a cool, dry place.
