Directions To Make Cobblestone Kitchens' Gourmet Lemon Poppyseed Cupcake Mix:
You will be fully confident that you can bake wonderful cupcakes every time simply by following these easy steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups.
2. Mix contents of pouch with a half-cup of milk, 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in mixing bowl.
3. Stir with a fork until the ingredients are completely blended. (about 70 strokes)
4. Fill baking cups 2/3 full (makes about 12).
5. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Cool completely before icing.
7. Enjoy!
