The tea masters at The Metropolitan Tea Company maintain that they have produced the world's greatest Earl Grey decaf.  (We are of the opinion that they may, in fact, be absolutely correct.)  Their naturally flavored blend uses delicately scented oils to flavor tea that has undergone a unique all-natural CO2 decaffeination process.  This process uses high pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine and leave the nuances of the tea intact.  (Noticeably absent is the taint that is normally associated with chemically decaffeinated blends.)
