My Gourmet Chicken Seasoning & Rub can be used wet or dry. Just mix it with some oil to increase the "crunch" on the outside of your chicken. If you're using it dry, you can either put it into a bowl and drag the meat through the mix or rub it into the meat with your hands. You can also sprinkle some into your stir-fry or blend it into your marinades and sauces for some extra flavor. Any way you use it, I know that you'll rub it!
