Here, at Epicurean Foods, we are extremely proud of this truly unique gourmet pasta.  We believe that it is the only wine-based pasta available anywhere in the market.  We make it in small batches with generous amounts of oak-aged chardonnay wine, sweet basil, oven roasted garlic and a blend of fine herbs and spices.  (You can actually smell the wine and garlic as you are cooking and eating the pasta!)  Our Chardonnay Wine Radiatore With Sweet Basil & Oven Roasted Garlic is excellent as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to chicken, pork, lamb and salmon.  Try grilling some fresh vegetables and mixing them with a splash of oil and vinegar and combining them all in an exotic pasta salad.  Your friends will be very impressed that you were able to serve such a unique and wonderful gourmet pasta!  There are four servings in this package size.
