When the founders of Gil's Gourmet, Gil and Dylan Tortolani, set out to create the perfect martini olive, they took their task very, very seriously.  First, they selected only the highest quality California pitted jumbo green olives.  Then they hand stuffed these specialty olives with pimento.  Next, they took a specially marinated lemon peel that they had been experimenting with, twisted it around the olive and then skewered it with a toothpick to hold it in place.  Their efforts were well worth it.  The result is unique in the olive world - no one else is patient enough to create such a work of art!  The whole condiment is edible (with the exception of the toothpick of course!) and it makes the perfect martini.  If you're looking for something truly special for your next martini, you need look no further!

This classic, yet unique Italian-style olive selection has both black and green olives.  They have been carefully seasoned in small batches to maintain their superior taste profile.  A superb marinade (with some typical ingredients such as balsamic vinegar, garlic, traditional Italian seasonings) is blended with some unusual ingredients such as nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon to create some of the most wonderful uniquely flavored olives that we have ever tasted.  We recommend them highly.
