Since 1989, the founders of Gil's Gourmet have been producing some of the country's finest gourmet and specialty foods.  From their small manufacturing facility in Sand City, California, their eclectic line of award-winning, hand-stuffed olives and hors d'oeuvres are created in small batches to maintain their superb quality.  This unusual but highly popular variety, Gil's Feta Cheese Stuffed Olives, is created by hand, with each oversized olive being individually stuffed with feta cheese.  The brine is also unique - it is laced with a "liberal splash" of premium quality Vermouth.  The result is probably unlike anything else that you have ever tasted.  They make a wonderful addition to Greek Salads in particular, but you will love them at cocktail parties and BBQ's as well.
