In 1989, Gil Tortolani opened Gil's Gourmet, a small, family-owned and operated business selling hot sauces and a few other eclectic appetizers.  He and his son, Dylan, have been providing the culinary world with "An Epiphany of Flavor" with their fabulous line of award-winning, hand-stuffed olives ever since.  This especially popular variety, their "Double Trouble" Double Stuffed Olives are painstakingly created by hand.  Each oversized olive  is individually stuffed with a chunk of pickled garlic and a Seranno Pepper.  We believe that the finished product is well worth the incredible amount of time and effort required to produce it.  It is medium hot with a pronounced garlic aftertaste.  They are so good, we sincerely doubt that you will be able to eat just one!
